Our panels are tested for its design reliability as per IEC 61439 – 1&2 (Edition 2.0:2011-08). Type Tests include:

⦁ Degree of protection of enclosures
⦁ Clearances
⦁ Creepage distances
⦁ Protection against electric shock
⦁ Incorporation of switching device and components
⦁ Internal electrical circuits and connections
⦁ Terminals for external conductors
⦁ Dielectric properties
⦁ Temperature-rise limits
⦁ Short-circuit withstand strength
⦁ Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
⦁ Mechanical operation
Our Quality Management System is well designed as per ISO 9001 and includes following routine tests as part of overall production. These tests are conducted within Plasma premises.
⦁ Inspection – wiring and electrical operation
⦁ Verification of protective measures and continuity of protective circuits
⦁ Verification of insulation resistance
⦁ HV Test at 2.5kV for 1 min.
We also offer following optional tests as per project requirements, on a chargeable basis:
⦁ Heat Run Test (up to 5000A)
⦁ Combined Primary and Secondary Injection Test
⦁ Thermography Test at site to assess loose termination.
